Using academic research, the University of Exeter has designed the ‘Innovation in the Wild’ series. These inspiring, educational sessions are based on business innovation and to explore discussion away from traditional learning environments.
We all know from our own experiences that when we attended school, we were taught to learn. This sets up our expectations of the process and expected content for learning thereafter. In our workplaces, we also know that ‘training’ usually involves presentations beamed onto screens, whiteboards and flip charts for exercises and workshops.
